Users are responsible for all content they upload, create, or generate through the App and must use the App in compliance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

· Use bots, crawlers, spiders, or other automated tools to access or interact with the App excessively;

· Upload, distribute, or transmit spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful content;

· Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the App;

· Attempt to reverse engineer, decode, or access transmitted data through unauthorized means;

· Collect, store, or harvest information from other users;

· Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes;

· Impersonate another person or engage in fraudulent activities;

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

Your obligations under these Terms will continue to apply even after your access to the App has been suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for your actions and any content you create, upload, or submit through the App. We are not responsible for user conduct or the legality of user-generated content.

5. Community Guidelines

X pixel is designed to provide a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all users.

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

· Obscene, offensive, or inappropriate language or imagery;

· Discriminatory content involving gender, race, religion, age, or other protected characteristics;

· Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional content;

· Personal attacks, harassment, or threats;

· Unauthorized commercial promotions.

By submitting content through the App, you grant us permission to process your content solely for providing App features and improving our services. We will only use user content for promotional or marketing purposes with your permission or where permitted by applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party images, videos, templates, or other creative materials for AI generation and creative purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

We:

· Do not claim ownership of third-party content;

· May use certain third-party materials for transformative purposes, such as parody, commentary, or creative expression;

· Do not grant you rights to use third-party content outside the App unless authorized.

You may not use third-party content obtained through the App in unauthorized ways.

7. User Content

The App allows users to upload, create, generate, and process content, including photos, videos, text prompts, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of the content you create or upload.

However, we reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

· Causes harm, distress, or health risks to individuals or animals;

· Contains child exploitation, illegal activities, or violent content;

· Infringes copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights;

· Includes copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for the User Content you submit through the App.

You are solely responsible for any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal consequences arising from your User Content.

If we receive a report regarding possible infringement, we may request proof of authorization and determine whether the content violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

You agree not to challenge or bring claims against our decisions regarding content review, removal, or restriction.
